In 2006, Zachary Stine and Elizabeth Powers partnered together to create StinePowers. With Mr. Stine’s
technical design experience and Mrs. Powers’ financial expertise StinePowers is a comprehensive
business entity. We are available for financial consulting and/or design development contract work.
StinePowers' capabilities includes AutoCAD supported solid modeling, renderings and 2D machine drawings. Our
analyses are supported with Microsoft Office tools and MathCAD software, which facilitates aesthetic three dimensional
plots. Our machine capabilities include turning, milling, MIG welding, Oxy-Acetylene cutting/welding, grinding and
Vacuum bagging, spraying and a large assortment of hand and power tools. We have approximately 1000 sq-ft area
dedicated for fabrication, testing and assembly. Services available include: 240VAC 3-phase power, 1-phases 120VAC,
hot and cold potable water and compressed air at 8.6 SCFM delivery At 40 psi, 6.4 SCFM delivery At 90 psi.
Zachary Stine graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2001 with a Bachelors of Science
in mechanical engineering. His experience includes over 8 years of technical program management for
General Dynamics, Electric Boat. He managed development projects funded in excess of $1M. He has successfully
developed products from concept through delivery to the Navy, meeting stringent DoD and NAVSEA requirements.
He is familiar with the Test Method Standards of MIL-STD-810. Mr. Stine has also completed Lean / 6 Sigma process
improvement training. Since 2006, Mr. Stine has had interest in Stirling engine design and CSP generation. He
founded StinePowers in 2006 to pursue his interests in green power.
Elizabeth Powers (Stine) has twelve years of industry experience in financial analysis and manages approximately
$100M in cost for a medical device manufacturing company. Her experience includes developing annual budgets, short
term forecasts and monthly financial close responsibilities. She has project experience for launching new products
through the research and development product cycle, as well as on-loading manufacturing processes into global
manufacturing facilities. Mrs. Stine is familiar with Sarbanes Oxley testing, along with following GAAP and AdvaMed
regulations. She also develops financial models to support capital requests. CMA certification expected 2012.
